Pusha T Delays Album Release

Pusha T Delays Album Release
Rapper Pusha T has announced that his upcoming album, previously expected to be released on Black Friday, has been pushed back. The album is still untitled and he's still piecing together what tracks will stay and which ones will be scrapped, which led to the initial release date being canceled.
“No, I’m not putting it out on Black Friday. The actual album is not finished, and I don’t have a title for it,” he said in an interview with Bootleg Kev. “I’ve been making records. I’ve got eight records. I don’t know what’s going to make the album. We’ve definitely found a groove, though."
"I can honestly say with ‘Ye executive producing this thing, it’s going to be a masterpiece," T added. "Lyrically, know one thing, lyric-driven. Street, for sure.”

Pusha T On Consequence's Disses

Pusha T On Consequence's Disses:
G.O.O.D. Music rapper Pusha T is clowning his former labelmate Consequence once again. The two have been feuding ever since Cons left the imprint and began taking shots at founder Kanye West and other affiliates within the crew. Cons even previously accused Pusha of stealing rhymes from him.
It doesn't appear that the bad blood will be subsiding any time soon.
"I just think it's pretty pathetic, man. It all boils down to loyalty, and having certain principles. Nobody maliciously tries to do anything," Pusha explained in an interview. "This is a business, and sometimes things don't work -- some artists don't pop. But I don't think you blame the head of that crew for it, especially in a business like this, which is so self-sufficient. It's really unfortunate, but what can you say?"

Pusha T & Kanye Get To Work

Pusha T & Kanye Get To Work
Pusha T is enthusiastic about his current label situation with G.O.O.D. Music. His mixtape "Fear of God" was well-received in hip hop circles, and anticipation has been high for his official releases under the G.O.O.D. Music imprint.
"The dope part about G.O.O.D. Music is that everybody has a lane. Like ever-y-body has a lane," Pusha-T told AllHipHop.
"When we attack a project, you know, there’s just a general idea that happens, and everybody just gives their own perspective," Pusha T said. "Me and Kanye have been in [the studio] and we’ve done a good five or six records, and we’ve left them alone. Then we’re gonna revisit it. We’re about to go to Chile, actually this week sometime, and we’ll probably do a show and just revisit some of the records."

Pusha T Has No Beef With Wayne

Pusha T Has No Beef With Wayne
Pusha T has quashed any belief that there is still bad blood between him and Lil Wayne. Previously, the former Clipse rapper accused Wayne of 'borrowing' elements of Jay-Z's style, and the Clipse subject matter. T also made fun of Wayne's infamous Baby-kissing photo. But Pusha T says that's all in the past, and he's shown Weezy love since the latter's release from prison last November.
"Ever since Lil Wayne went in to jail, that whole little stint [between me and him] is really dead and over with," T told Complex. "I don't have any ill will towards Wayne, Cash Money, or any of them. There was definitely a time period when I felt a certain way [about him], but as of right now I don't. That's just where I once was. I don't even like speaking on it. [On Fear of God] I actually said, 'They had freed Weezy, congratulations.' When I seen Wayne in Miami, I told him, 'Congratulations on getting out of jail.'"
"I was just speaking in support of the situation that he made it out of," T continued. "You have to acknowledge things like that. Coming from where I'm from, I'm gonna acknowledge that. I got real problems and real issues. I looked at him like, this man has got real problems and real issues too. This man really went to jail. So it's way bigger than some rap sh*t. That's all it was ever to me, some rap sh*t. Even when the little jabs where we were going back and forth, it was never nothing personal like, 'I hate your guts.' It was on wax and who can be the cleverest. It was something I would never have talked about even in interviews. I think the whole interview thing is what makes it different. Things are different in interviews versus in songs."

Pusha T Praises @50Cent

Pusha T Praises 50 Cent
Pusha T recently shared his admiration for G-Unit frontman 50 Cent. The former Clipse frontman said that he liked 50's 'principles' and the two collaborated on the track "Rain" with Pharrell Williams.
"50 is one of my favorite rappers in this whole Hip-Hop sh*t," Pusha explained in an interview. "I like his principles. [50 Cent] is amazing," Pusha continues about the G-Unit forefather turned multi-millionaire. "Nobody's done what he's done in such a short period of time."
