LL Cool J's Camp Deny Tranny Rumors

LL Cool J's Camp Deny Tranny Rumors
Superstar LL Cool J's name came up when transgendered woman Toni Newman mentioned him and other celebrities, including Eddie Murphy and Mister Cee of Hot 97, that she'd had encounters with. Newman is promoting her book I Rise- The Transformation Of Toni Newman, and mentions these stars in the book.
"I was a street prostitute and LL picked me up, back as a street prostitute walking the block what we called trannie now," she alleged. "There were lots of trannies walking that block, late at night back in the days. That's how we all made our money....that was in the late '90s, so about 13 years ago."
The rapper/actor's manager, Claudine Joseph, told XXL the allegations were "pure comedy."
It should be noted that the Eddie Murphy and Mister Cee both, conveniently for Newman, have made headlines for involvement with transgendered or transvestite prostitutes in the past.

Mr. Cee's Tranny Speaks

Mr. Cee's Tranny Speaks
Brooklyn, aka "Mister Cee's Tranny" self-recorded a web video explaining the incident that led to he and the Hot 97 DJ being arrested for lewd conduct. Also referred to as 'Pink Lady,' Brooklyn claims that he is not a prostitute and no sex act took place in the car.
"I kinda just wanted to set the record straight and let everybody know that nothing, indeed, happened in that car," Brooklyn says in the video. "I feel like it's an Internet blog that got totally out of hand. A lot of things I read are just totally not true about me and my character. I'm not a transsexual, I'm a drag queen...I feel like the media in a whole has made me out to be this person, I feel just to get at him for some reason or to get a story. It's definitely not true."
"I'm definitely not a prostitute. I'm not, in any way, shape or form. I don't do things like that," he added. "I don't have sex for money. I don't need to have sex for money. I make enough money on my own...I feel like people, nowadays, will do anything and everything for money. This whole thing I feel like just a big a** entertainment scheme. I don't understand why I was brought into it."

50 Cent On Mister Cee

50 Cent On Mister Cee:
While the entire hip hop world continues to buzz about the arrest of Hot 97's Mister Cee, seemingly every hip hop notable has offered an opinion on the incident. 50 Cent spoke to Miss Info about Cee's arrest for committing a lewd act with a transvestite prostitute, and said that Cee just has to move on from the issue.
"It's only entertaining because he means that much to hip-hop culture and his association to it," 50 said. "I recognize Mister Cee as the guy who introduced us to 50. So he means that much to the culture. A lot of the kids who hear the radio don't hear him the same way. I've played my albums for Mister Cee. Every album before it came out to see what he thought. When this type of stuff happens, you keep pushing...They can say what they want about it, how about if you say, 'I'm Rick James, b*tch.' [laughs] How about if you say I don't care?"
"Who is to judge you other when there is an audience that's probably one of the strongest audiences if you look at Lady Gaga's career that says that that's fine," 50 added. "If you say it's not fine, then you're gonna get attacked. You're gonna write apology notes."

Funkmaster Flex Defends Mister Cee

Funkmaster Flex Defends Mister Cee
Hot 97 DJ Funkmaster Flex exploded in defense of his colleague Mister Cee following reports surfacing that Cee was arrested for engaging in a sexual act with a transgendered prostitute. Flex sent several subliminal disses to rival station Power 105 after Breakfast Club host Charlamagne tha God made some jokes about Cee's incident.
"New York City, I see everything moving and I see everybody moving," Flex said during his Monday night (April 4) show. "We don't discriminate against no one or anybody. Whatever is your preference out here New York City, we do not discriminate. Because I need to say that before I say what I'm gonna say. Understand, the rumors that you hear about my man Mister Cee are untrue. OK? Let's address that first but we do not discriminate on what anybody wants to do...Now you listen to me right now so you understand clearly. New York City, I'm gonna say something today that I ain't never said. I know over there in that building, greasy talk huh, let me explain something to you right now. I'll lose a friendship today. I know everything that moves in that building...You want to throw a stone this morning? Is that what it is? ... All of y'all over there know exactly what I'm talking about. I will lose that friendship because I stand next to this logo! I stand next to this logo and nothing tears it down!"
"Be clear, you'll never win," Flex continued. "Ya did what you did and you're still in a losing position. But it doesn't stop there for me...Listen to me, I know what goes on up in those evenings and I know what goes up in that building and around it. And you know the shot I'm sending today. You know what that shot is! ... The choice is yours. You hear me? You know what it is...You will always dream of winning. You will never win. You can take anything you see, anything that you want to go with, this building will never crumble..."
