The Fiscal Facts: Kim Kardashian Made $18 Million on Wedding

Kim Kardashian is a taken woman. The 30-year-old uber reality starlet said “I do” to 26-year-old New Jersey Nets forward Kris Humphries in a wedding Saturday that embodied a trifecta of what the famous family represents: extravagance, celebrity friends, and most of all, endorsement deals.

In fact, The New York Post reports that Kim raked in — not spent — $18 million for publicizing her nuptials. Considering the event has been estimated at a cost of $10 million, it looks like it’s another Kardashian first: Making a huge profit rather than going into debt on what’s supposed to be one of the priciest rites of passage. (Maybe Momager Kris should work for Congress.)

Coco Has Advice For Kim Kardashian

Ice-T's wife has some marriage advice for Kim Kardashian. Even though Kimmy K. never asked for any advice from the voluptuous Coco, Mrs. Ice-T decided to share her perspective on what it takes to keep a marriage together. Kardashian is currently engaged to NBA player Kris Humphries.

"You gotta live together and you have to sleep together [before the wedding]," Coco tells me, "If you don't sleep together, what if you're not compatible in bed or you don't like what they do?"

"You have to be each other's biggest fans," Coco added. "We work as a team."

Kim Kardashian Gets Engaged

Sexy starlet Kim Kardashian is being taken off the market. The celebutante's boyfriend, NBA baller Kris Humphries, popped the question and the couple is now officially engaged. Humphries bought Kimmy K. a $2 million engagement ring to boot.

Humphries, who's been with Kardashian for 6 months, was reportedly waiting in her bedroom on bended knee with four words written in red rose petals: "WILL YOU MARRY ME?"

"I didn't expect this at all," Kardashian said of the proposal. "I was in such shock. I never thought it would happen at home, and I never thought now."
